Introduction
The DEIB frameworks and tools that I have created and leveraged for my coaching practice are essential resources for leaders and organizations committed to fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace. I have personally put my heart and soul into these tools and frameworks and with each coaching client and have re- fined them and am finally willing to share this process with the world.
